Valerie is now ready to roll! Check out the Photos section for updated images!
Yesterday Paul and Kev finished preparing Valerie for her 8,500 mile trip to Mongolia! She is now fully laden with spare wheels, jerry cans, camping gear etc. and we also put the finishing touches to her curvaceous body - The Charity Rallies stickers which finally turned up!

Well, it's been too long since the last update to the site, but we will be keeping it updated much more regularly now! 24 days to go so not long to go! Revelations include getting a clutch bought and fitting arranged, 2 press articles published and an extra £250 of donations towards our Just Giving Page for CAMDA, and £200 donated to help with the costs of flying home!

Over the weekend, Millets of Bracknell offered their sponsorship to the boys, agreeing to a 20% discount on any and all items purchased from them. Two 25 litre water cans were promptly snapped up, and the boys set about mounting them to Valerie along with the jerry cans that were provided by Wingate Electrical. 2 lots of news today! Team First Gear are proud to announce that Shropshire Suzuki have become an official sponsor of the lads. They will be providing vital parts that will see Valerie put back on top form!
